Case Managers support and empower people living with HIV and HIV-negative people by offering free, one-on-one care to people in the Lower Mainland whether or not you have ID. We work with people of all ages, identities, and experiences.

We provide services by phone, in-person, and on occasion, virtually, through appointments, drop-in, and outreach. The Case Manager will work towards clients’ goals, offering assistance navigating regional, provincial, and federal supports (e.g. Old Age Security Pension, disability assistance) care coordination, and referrals to maximize health and wellness, including mental, cultural, sexual, and social wellness, and clinical outcomes
related to HIV.

We use tools from social work, although not everyone is a social worker, and offer a case management approach that matches Ribbon's purpose and values.
